Facilitated the development of Auckland Council’s Healthy Waters asset management systems and capital expenditure programmes to upgrade its water supply systems, to ensure compliance with the Drinking Water Standards for New Zealand, and wastewater systems to ensure discharge resource consent compliance.

Asset valuation of Whangarei District Council’s water, wastewater, stormwater and flood protection assets (total asset value >$1.0 billion) and associated asset management improvement strategy.

Formulated Watercare’s water and wastewater asset strategies (2018) outlining the significant programmes of work required to meet growth in Auckland, system resilience and asset renewals.

Developed Watercare’s Asset Management Plan (2016 to 2036) including its $11 billion capital expenditure programme of work.

Enhanced the asset data reliability and financial valuation of Watercare’s water and wastewater assets through implementation of a data validation and asset metadata improvement programme. Presented these learnings at the 2015 Water New Zealand Conference.

Developed policies and strategies in preparation for integration of the Auckland water industry and introduced new business practices within Watercare to provide a customer centric approach for the processing of development and connection approvals.
